At Robin's Nest Boutique and Grace & Rainier we offer a 'Club' facility allowing you to reserve your goods for a small deposit and then pay gradually, speading the cost and charging you no interest or other charges. Very popular at Christmas, our Club gives you the opportunity to guarantee that 'bag,' 'purse,' 'jeans,' 'shoes' etc... before it sells out, and off course costs you no extra but helps spread the cost. Please contact us for further information.

Shopping on-line with Robin's Nest Boutique is easy, safe and secure. We take great care at personally packing your on-line purchase. To addresses within Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom, we normally post your goods on the same day and deliver next day, but please allow three working days in case of Bank Holidays or any delays with Royal Mail. Lengthly postage delays within Royal Mail that are beyond our control often do occur but are very rare. Priority postage is recommended if you are concerned about time.

Standard postage is £2.95 per order or £5.95 for guaranteed next day delivery in Northern Ireland and United Kingdom Mainland, however, heavy goods may cost more. We will contact you with a price if necessary. You may also reserve your goods for store collection instead of having them posted.

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your on-line purchase, however, if you need to return any items, simply contact us for a returns code. You may return your purchase complete with tags and packaging unworn/unused and in perfect condition within 7 working days from the day after you receive your goods. We will apply a full refund as soon as goods are received with us. Carriage is not refunded should you need to return any goods.
